Bower™ is an economical walking track improvement system. Lightweight, versatile, and highly durable, it improves access and usability by reducing erosion caused by foot traffic on popular walking tracks and trails. Requiring virtually no excavation, the ground-hugging design follows the natural terrain to ensure minimal disturbance to the surrounding landscape.

Bower™ allows communities to explore and experience natural habitats without damaging them. The simple all-weather walking track system is purpose-designed to touch the ground lightly and follow the natural terrain, making it perfect for protecting high-traffic areas and reducing the damaging effects of erosion.

Bower™ has a design life of up to 100 years. Constructed from robust and highly durable materials, it delivers trouble-free usage in even the harshest of conditions. Able to withstand extremes of heat, wind, water, and salt, it requires minimal ongoing maintenance and is ideally suited for use in remote, hard-to-access and coastal areas.

With a highly cost-effective, fully modular construction system, Bower™ can be installed quickly without heavy equipment. The ground-hugging design and low-impact piling means virtually no excavation is required and the lightweight sections can be easily carried into position by assembly crews.

Bower™ is versatile and endlessly adaptable. The system can be tailored to fit walking tracks and boardwalks in virtually any site or conditions. Using FRP decking, the sections can be easily curved and cut to fit around obstacles such as rocks, trees, roots, and other existing structures. It can also be integrated with stairs, ramps, and handrails, while project-specific embellishments can be easily accommodated as required, including a choice of RAL colours.
